1. About Auto-Repliq
Auto-Repliq is an AI-powered digital marketing agency that helps businesses across the United States automate and grow their operations. Our services include AI Receptionist solutions, AI lead qualification, Chatbot Development, Lead Generation, Meta Ads Management, Website Development & Design, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). These terms govern all service engagements between Auto-Repliq and its clients.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an inquiry, signing a service agreement, or making a payment, you acknowledge full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Auto-Repliq reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Scope of Services
The specific services to be delivered, along with timelines and deliverables, are outlined in the project proposal or service agreement provided to each client. Auto-Repliq will make every effort to deliver results in line with the agreed scope. Any requests that fall outside the original scope will be treated as additional work and may be subject to extra charges.
4. Payment & Billing
- All projects require an upfront deposit or half payment before work begins, as specified in the service agreement.
- Project timelines are activated only after payment is received and all required client materials have been submitted.
- Clients who delay providing necessary information (logos, content, access credentials, etc.) acknowledge that project delivery dates may be extended accordingly.
- Invoices not settled within the agreed timeframe may result in a pause or cancellation of active services.
5. Revisions & Change Requests
Each service package includes a defined number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Revision requests that go beyond the agreed limit, or requests that represent a change in the original project direction, will be quoted and billed separately. Auto-Repliq will always communicate any additional costs before proceeding.
6. AI Services & Automation Disclaimer
Auto-Repliq uses advanced AI tools and automation platforms to build solutions such as AI Receptionists, AI lead qualification and Chatbots. While we configure and optimize these systems to perform effectively, the performance of AI-driven tools can be influenced by third-party platform updates, data quality, and integration environments. Auto-Repliq does not guarantee specific outcomes from AI-based solutions but commits to ongoing support and optimization within the agreed service period.
7. Digital Advertising (Meta Ads)
For Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns managed by Auto-Repliq:
- Ad spend budgets are set and controlled by the client. Auto-Repliq manages the strategy, creative, and optimization.
- Results such as cost-per-lead, reach, and conversions can vary depending on industry competition, audience targeting, and ad platform algorithm changes.
- Auto-Repliq does not guarantee specific advertising results but applies industry-best practices to maximize campaign performance.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, the client receives full ownership rights to all finalized deliverables including website designs, written content, and ad creatives produced specifically for their project. Auto-Repliq retains rights to any preliminary drafts, internal frameworks, proprietary tools, and unreleased work until full payment is completed. Auto-Repliq may display completed client work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
9. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business information, branding assets, and required materials in a timely manner.
- Respond to communication within a reasonable time to avoid delays.
- Ensure that all content provided to Auto-Repliq does not violate any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
Auto-Repliq is not liable for delays or poor outcomes resulting from the client’s failure to meet these responsibilities.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep sensitive business information, project details, and any proprietary processes shared during the engagement strictly confidential. This obligation continues even after the service relationship ends.
11. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to Auto-Repliq are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a client believes there is a genuine concern regarding service delivery, they are encouraged to reach out directly to our team within 7 days so that we can resolve the matter fairly and professionally.
12. Limitation of Liability
Auto-Repliq shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any situation shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
14. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date. Auto-Repliq reserves the right to immediately suspend services in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.
